Addicted to phones?
Using a phone is as natural to you as breathing. Assisting people comes to you just as naturally. Are you also intuitive? i.e. good at identifying customer needs? Great! There will be customers moving to another address, or with questions about the promotions, or their bill… in other words there will be plenty of calls from people needing help! Thankfully you are the type that stays cool and totally professional in all circumstances.
Telephony will have no secrets left for you
Every customer calling has his/her own story to tell and questions to ask. Mr. Taylor wants to know who’s calling before picking up. Mrs. Harris fears she may miss her grandson’s call. And Mrs. Miller wants to have a second line installed – her teen’s in love – again! With your skills set and a few weeks training, you’ll know how to answer any and all inquiries and even suggest that little add-on that can make all the difference.
You find routine unexciting, and just plain yawn-inducing, and versatility is your middle name. As a Top Customer Service Agent, you will answer calls from our customers inquiring about their phone services.

You’ll like the work schedule: choose from 20 to 40 hours a week, availability required 5 days out of 7 depending on business hours.
Oh, and the 6-week full-time training is paid.
Do you have what it takes?
- High-School Graduate or pertinent experience
- Bilingual with good communication skills
- Empathic listener, with the knack to simplify what others find complex
- Quick study (whether learning instructions or new technologies)
- Comfortable with sales objectives and working with a team
